Wedge-Mill Tool is very proud to have been ISO certified since September, 1996.  Therefore, we recommend all of our suppliers to adhere to the following Wedge-Mill Tool Quality Requirements.

1.  A Quality System that includes a manual and policy.

2.  Control of manufacturing (capability) processes.

3.  Inspection with controlled and calibrated gages and instruments.

4.  Conduct a measurement of the Quality System. (Internal Audits)

5.  Establish a corrective and preventative action system for problems.

6.  Final inspection of all parts before shipment to Wedge-Mill Tool.

7.  Institute a method of identifying non-conforming parts.

8.  Ability to meet all Wedge-Mill Tool’s specifications.
